We'll Design It
For You.

You don't need to be a 3D modeler to get something custom printed. Describe your idea — sketch it, reference an image, explain it in plain English — and our CAD team will model it for you.

We specialize in translating rough ideas into print-ready files, whether it's a specific mini pose, a custom gift with a name on it, or a detailed science model you saw in a textbook.

  • Just describe it in words — we'll figure out the rest
  • Reference images welcome (drawings, photos, screenshots)
  • Multiple revision rounds until it's right
  • You own the file once complete
  • CAD design fee quoted upfront, no surprises

Hobbyist FAQ

What scale do you print miniatures at?

We print at any scale you specify. The most common are 28mm and 32mm heroic scale for tabletop RPGs and wargaming systems. We can also print larger display pieces at 54mm or 75mm, or true scale for train layouts (HO, N, O, G). Just tell us the scale in your quote request.

How detailed can FDM prints get?

FDM printing at 0.05–0.1mm layer heights captures excellent detail for most hobby applications — facial features, armor texture, gear teeth, and fine lettering all come through clearly. For ultra-fine jewelry-level detail, resin printing (which we don't currently offer) would be the alternative. For most minis, fantasy RPG figures, and display pieces, our FDM prints look great.

Can I get my mini pre-primed and ready to paint?

Yes — we can provide light sanding and a base primer coat as an add-on service. Note this in your quote request. We don't do full paint jobs, but we can get your mini tabletop-ready for your own painting.

Do you print copyrighted models?

We only print files you own or have a valid license for — original designs, files you've created yourself, or STLs purchased from platforms like MyMiniFactory, Cults3D, or Patreon designers. We do not print official commercially licensed models (Games Workshop, Hasbro/WotC, etc.) without documented proof of license. If you're unsure whether your file qualifies, just ask before submitting — we're happy to help you figure it out.

What's the minimum order?

No minimum. You can order a single miniature, one custom dice set, or a single science model. Small orders are welcome — we operate without minimums by design.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected after you approve your quote. We accept major credit cards and will send a simple invoice via email. No payment is collected until you've approved the price and design.

Do you ship, or is this pick-up only?

Both. Local pick-up is available for customers in the Albany / Capital Region area. We also ship anywhere in the US via USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is quoted alongside your print price.

Ready to bring your idea to life?

No file required. No minimums. Just tell us what you're imagining — we'll handle the rest.
